For outstanding contributions to the Senior Member Elevation Program and unwavering commitment to advancing the careers of senior members by enhancing collaboration among members and improving the program efficiency through her exceptional organizational skills. - Outstanding Engineer: Jeronimo Segovia-Fernandez
For his exceptional contributions as a researcher, exemplified by over 50 publications, and 17 patent applications unveiling the sources of damping, nonlinearities, phase noise, and aging in piezoelectric MEMS resonators. His technical work has significantly improved product performance and reduced testing costs for many start-up semiconductor companies, enabling them to successfully enter new markets. - Santa Clara Valley Section Chair Special Award: Power & Energy Society (PES)/Industrial Application Society (PES/IAS)
