  • Outstanding Chapter of the Year: San Francisco Bay Area Council Power Electronics Society Chapter (PELS)
    For continuing to further the advancement of power electronics, supporting educational activities, and creating value to the membership
  • Outstanding Service and Leadership: Taylor Winship
    For her successful efforts to keep the SCV Section and its chapters active during the first two years of the pandemic, her encouragement of member participation in elections and OU management, and her work on improving IEEE Volunteer tools as well as maintaining the SCV SSIT Chapter operational
  • Outstanding Engineer: Ephraim Suhir
    For seminal contributions to several critical IEEE fields, including probabilistic design-for-reliability of microelectronic and photonic materials and systems, and the role of the human factor
  • SCV Section Chair Special Award: Charles Neuhauser
    For 20 years of service, leading the IEEE Santa Clara Valley Section Science Fair judging team
  • SCV Section Chair Special Award: Stephen Mori
    For his long-term engagement in the Teaching Opportunities for Partners in Science (TOPS) Program and his outstanding contribution to the K-12 and STEM education
  • SCV Section Chair Special Award: Mridula Alani
    For her outstanding engagement in promoting diversity and inclusion, with focus on women and Young Professionals. Her enthusiasm, continuous volunteerism in various activities within the section sets an example to all members of Santa Clara Valley Section.
